It’s “Communitarianism.”

Doesn’t that sound….friendly? Kinda gives a person warm fuzzies. So what is it? The environmental movement has been hijacked and is the basis for “Communitarianism.” It is a new governance model which balances the rights of the individual with the rights of the community. Who decides the balance? Experts, committees, and bureaucrats – arbitrarily. What could go wrong….right?

Here is the book I am reading:

In a 2019 interview, Ms. Koire had this to say: “Every nation that signed on to United Nations Agenda 21 in 1992 has its local Agenda 21 plan, and people in the U.S. are completely unaware of this.

If I go out and talk about this in the U.S., the press attacks me and calls me a ‘conspiracy theorist’. It is not theory- it is fact. Here in Europe it is openly spoken about {with local and regional planning meetings held). It is implemented on the ground through the joining together of corporations, nongovernmental organizations and governments (“Public/Private Partnerships,” aka fascism) in order to cut out the individual, the voter.”

The following paragraphs from her book you will find to be preposterous. But then again, if you had prophetically recounted 2020 to me back in January, that would have been one big ROFL …..

This is a plan for world governance that is in place and eating like a metastasized cancer into every nation, free and bound. Under the banner of saving the planet we are drowning liberty. The markets want you to continue to cooperate – quietly and obediently.

In a nutshell the plan calls for governments to take control of all land use and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private property owners. It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job. Individual rights give way to the needs of communities as determined by a globalist governing body. Moreover, people should be moved to human settlements or islands of human habitation, as they are called in the UN Agenda 21 documents, close to employment centers and transportation. Another program, called the Wildlands Project, spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans. In anticipation of our objections to such plans, our civil rights will be dissolved.”

This plan is a whole life plan. It involves the educational system, the energy market, the transportation system, the governmental system, the health care system, food production, and more. It is a plan to inventory and control all of the natural resources, means of production and human beings.”

You are “selfish” if you insist on your individual rights and freedoms. This is the justification for the UN Agenda 21 Sustainable Development. Will you be accused of not caring about the planet if you question Sustainable Development? Your rights have been balanced. Welcome to the New World Order of the 21st Century.”

The summary below and the rest of the posts will detail her documentation and experience verifying these startling statements. Below is a summary of the Preface of the book. For more details, photos of the book pages are attached.

Photo 1. Communitarianism balances the rights of the individual with the so-called rights of the community. Because the rights of the community are not defined they can change without notice. The playbook is a continuously changing set of rules to which you must adhere as enforced by local governance, who ultimately take their marching orders from global entities.

Photo 2. Your technology has conditioned you to expect to be spied on, and to spy on others. Your government now has technological capabilities that far exceed anything on the planet to date to do what every totalitarian state in history has relied upon- data collection. (And this was written in 2011!! – a lifetime ago, it seems)

Photo 3: The agenda is for the good of the planet, for everyone’s security. For your health. To protect your children. To limit workplace violence. To stop bullying. All of these are laudable ideas but somehow they always result in more restrictive laws and affect everyone. They criminalize everyone.

Photo 4. Ever heard these terms? Sustainable Development – Smart Growth – High density urban mixed use development. (Think retail/ office first floor, apartments and condos above and surrounding) Every town and county and state and nation in the world has been changing their land use/planning codes and government policies to align with UN Agenda 21.

Photo 5. The affluence of America is the major problem according to UN Agenda 21 (and according to the World Economic Forum, so is Trump and national sovereignty…my words) Wealth must be redistributed to third world countries. Americans are cast in a very negative light and must be taken down. Only then will there be social justice, which is a cornerstone of UN Agenda 21.

Photo 6. The Legislative Guidebook of Agenda 21 is called “Growing Smart Legislative Guidebook: Model Statutes of Planning and the Management of Change.” It contains sample legislation, ordinances, rules, regulations and statutes to be incorporated into every city and county in the U.S. By 2002 every planning department and every local, state and federal department that governs land use had a copy and was implementing the practices. Every university, college, junior college, private school and teaching institution in our nation is using “Growing Smart” curriculum.

An NGO called International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives, ICLEI, is tasked with carrying out Agenda 21 plans locally.

Photo 7. “Redevelopment” is a tool used to further Agenda 21’s vision of remaking American cities.

Cities have the right to take property by eminent domain against the will of the property owner and sell it to a private developer. In cities where areas have been declared “blighted” the property taxes are diverted away from improving infrastructure and services, and the money is redirected into Redevelopment Agencies and handed out to favored developers building low income housing and mixed use Smart Growth Areas.

Photo 8: “Human Habitation”, as it is referred to, is restricted to lands within the Urban Growth Boundaries of the city. Only certain building designs are permitted. Rural property is more and more restricted in what it may be used for because of heavy regulations re: land and water use. The push is for people to get off the land and be moved into urban areas.

Various methods are used to accomplish UN Agenda 21: Manufactured consensus by “experts,” training school children using curriculum, infiltrate community groups or neighborhood associations with hand-picked leaders, groom and train future candidates for local office. Offer grants to local programs that promote the agenda. Train land use planners in New Urbanism. Convert factories to other uses, set energy consumption goals to pre-1985 levels. Allow unregulated immigration in order to lower standards of living and drain local resources.

Awareness is the first step in Resistance.
